my father use to be cool

After him and my mom got divorced when i was little he was on his own. I would see him on the weekends for years to come, we would go do all sorts of activities like golf, hang out with his frens, or even one time he took me out of school to go to a arcade for a day. he would let me stay out late, but not too late because i was still like 10 during those times. I remember some nights he would bring girls home from god knows where. he even let me hang out with a stripper once. then all the sudden he changed, he eventually got a new wife and let her tell him what to do instead. he focused more on his status and community/politics rather then what he use to prioritize. I don't live with him and haven't for years. but its sad. he went from being the cool father to being a meme.
