Biased title could just be because i have adhd but onto the subject, ive been lifting for nearly a year now and tldr i have shit genetics still ive put on 15kg in a year and 5 months very slow progress, and im ngl i just find it funny when i see natty fitness influencers take them about 8 years to get to where they are lmao, mfs can have better things to do and when the option is there to get there quicker is always open but MUH side effects. Simple take sarms then there just as good.
