Woke up at 11:30PM tonight. Slept from about 9:30AM to then.
Let's discuss "nocturnal" sleep routines.
How many of you have a nocturnal sleep routine? And if you've had one in the past, how did you overcome it?
Given that the nation is fast asleep and nothing is open, you have to figure out something to do until things start opening. So, I'm curious - what do you do during the night when you actually have a sleep routine like this?
I'll answer in the green text.
My nocturnal sleep routine is weird. I go from sleeping during the day to during the night, either from my staying awake during the day because of school or outings, and then it'll reverse randomly. I guess being on my meds doesn't help much, given how tired they make me most of the time.
When I stay awake at night, I tend to read or play video games. Sometimes I'll chat with any friends that are awake or I'll write if my creativity juices are flowing. I'll often listen to music and smoke cigarettes as well. It's a comfy life, even if I don't see anyone when I have this kind of routine. I should consider myself fortunate that I have disabilitybux, otherwise this lifestyle is not feasible.
