One of my female manager scared me, one day

I accidentally bumped into her and she said "you want to knock me down", jokingly. I said that I was sorry and resume, my work. She repeat the same phrase... you want to knock me down? I said "no" a bit akward and went to clean some plates. She then approached me and repeat the same phrase a bit more quietly. I said no again and then she said... "are you sure?" I did not even said nothing, I just shake my head with a negative motion
