Thats more of a mass immigration issue, look at the funds from pakistan for example, or from india, probably similar to this. (Idk the numbers) besides, this money is nothing for the US in general, they pay this per annum to israel and spend triple (probably) on their military in one year. I think its rhe US’s priorities being set on controlling the land to stop Russian and Chinese oil supply since its mostly from venezuela (i failed to mention this mb) as tensions rise between them.

90 billion is nothing for the USA? You are just going to say random shit and expect people to go along with it? I can understand if it was under 1b a year and you make that claim. It's believed we are in debt and have no reserves. We are at the verge of becoming a global financial black hole. Some can argue it's not even worth 100 million total. Indians are supposed to be here getting jobs and staying in school and technically do that usually.
It's not a refugee epidemic.
