Spirituality r/DemonolatryPractices is completely wrong about mixing drug use with magick

The use of hallucinogenic drugs in rituals is a legitimate magickal practice. South American shamans do that and I'm sure people do that in other parts of the world. This practice was ubiquitous in ancient times. The mods on r/ Demonolatry Practices just have a bias against getting high. They honestly seem to hate anything even remotely fun.
These guys are turning the Left Hand Path into the redpill, self improvement, stoicism masochism with some demons sprinkled on top. I'm not going to let some reddit mods tell me what is real magick is and what isn't. They're not the ultimate authority on magick, even though they act like it.
They're definitely not more legitimate than a tribal shamans.
