Recently, Elysian Fields reached the milestone of 100 registered members!
Many members have responded very positively upon being introduced to the forum, which attests to the ability of a small independently-run website to deliver a superior user experience compared to other larger communities bogged down by slow bureaucratic processes and indifference.
Thank you all for being part of the community here and for your unceasing support, and may Elysian Fields continue to be your home for fun experiences and lively discussion.
New Feature: Badges
Introducing Badges!
Badges are a new feature to show off your achievements on the forum. Earned badges appear on the 'Badges' tab of your profile, and you can select your favorite badge to be featured on your profile display and in messages. The first two badges to be introduced are the 'Real OG' and 'Pioneer' badges, shown below.
Real OG - This user was one of the first 30 members to join the forum
Pioneer - This user was one of the founding 100 members of the forum
If you didn't receive a badge, or are excited to earn more badges, don't fret! New badges will be added periodically, and can be unlocked through various different means.
That being said, be on the lookout for a spoo-o-oky new event coming next month!
Changes and Improvements
Here is a list of new features and user suggestions that have been implemented.
- New Themes: 3 new color varients for the Elysian Fields theme, ('Twilight', 'Verdant' and 'Crimson'), the twin 'Basic Dark' and 'Basic Light' themes, and the sister themes 'Athens' and 'Hades'
- Real Time Updating: Live updating of user alerts and threads - no more need for constant refreshing!
- Similar threads: Similar threads list on thread view
- Mass user tagging: (For staff only) - @Registered
- Anime Girls on Guest view
- User Badges
- Profile Audio Player: Suggested by
