I think the Red Pill itself is not bad at all, the problem is that it's userbase is filled with insecure weirdos that think acting like a caricature is the way to go.
What do I mean by caricature? Well, it is of no surprise to anyone familiarized with the Red Pill community that many men there went from one extreme to another: from bluepilled cucks to pseudo macho alpha stoic male, and while stopping being the first dude is something admirable; becoming the second type is not an evolution at all; it's simply leaving a matrix and entering another one.
"But what is the problem with being macho, mainly, women prefer these guys over cuck ones...?"
Well, while it's true that women don't respect cucks, they also don't like pseudo macho types as well.
As a man, as long as you're assertive; as long as you can and know how to deffend yourself, you're in the right direction.
Acting like a caricature type of macho alpha stoic male might work in the movies, tv, cinema, literature... but not in real life, in real life people admire men that are fun to be around, secure of themselves; these pseudo alpha redpiller types are the total opposite, they are extremely insecure and boring people, everything is gay to them; everything needs to be me mainly: "you should eat mainly food; you should drink mainly beverages; you should sit mainly; you shouldn't smile because that's not mainly...."
But we know that this type of mainly persona only exist online, in real life most of these men are a bunch of pussies that don't get any pussy.
Meanwhile, the pretty boy, who is seen as gay, as a man of lower value than the macho redpillers, not only get all the girls, but gets respect from society by being chill, because he has nothing to prove, he has social value by default.
