Self-narrative: the main cause of suffering.

Thus everything finds itself of essence. This is the power that I think we all should know, to better employ this capacity for abstract thinking so that it doesn't fire back at us. It is incredible to think that the mind gives an utmost importance to language when it should be instead, a tool for navigating life. It is all about the story you tell yourself deep down.
