[QUOTE="Archibald, post: 32559, member: 210"] It feels great knowing I've learned a majority of these over the years I've worked on myself (I didn't learn a martial art over the gym; I'm too focused on my interests). In my younger years, I'd usually avoid social interaction with others and when it came to social situations like on a playground, I'd find a quiet space that's as far as I could get away from other children and I was almost as awkward in middle school (but I did make my first friendships that actually lasted a good while there so that was cool). I've made great progress in improving myself in relation to my past, I'm confident, I can keep a conversation going without dragging it out on my end, and I can find people who'd be interested in me and keep them hooked. Edit: I was just a bit of a socially awkward loner in my past One thing that has been getting harder for me recently has been tip #5: With Trump being president of the United States again and my friends having weird takes, it's almost impossible to keep the conversation from steering toward politics.
