Surprised my disability payments haven't been reviewed yet

I hear sometimes they do like a check up every year or so apparently but I haven't heard of anything. I just got on about a year and a half ago. I have a permanent disability but I feel it's not actually that bad I just have minor paranoia and hallucination like effects and some minor depression. I guess maybe having 6 doctors and 2 psychologists helped but idk.

I still see shit from time to time but the meds help. I don't think it can be stopped tbh only less intense as your brain literally shrinks.

It's not that bad only see things like 2 seconds a week and have to maybe struggle a bit against some of my brain for example I have a feeling of hyper alertness and if I don't distract myself I see more shit. Tbh I hardly notice it.
