Plato's allegory of the cave in part teaches us that we can accept shadows as truth, and from Decart's Solipsism, believe in absurdities derived from reasonable absurdity. The modern thoughts of today are but insanites, and the conclusions lead to no satisfaction. Why is it that in our time we cannot see the hope or enjoy the products of our labor? Why are we in a state of insanity? In my opinion, we have lost ourselves and have given in to the things of this society, the way we have designed it destroys us and puts us in subjugation instead of liberating our minds and emboldening our spirit. We can feel it and see the suffering we are enduring and the harm caused by our behavior; we've lost trust in ourselves and others and ultimately we've given up because we are traumatized. Our parents don't know any better, they accepted life as is, they've cremated their imagination and castrated their minds.

I encourage you, to take the road towards truth, seek to know once and for all what right and wrong is, and consider one last time what the nature of reality is, for if we give up, then all hope is lost. It was out of imagination that great art, games, and people came about, the flame of intelligence is almost burning out. You can't give up yet reader, you can't. Take the leap of faith, one last time.

Society is very sick and materialistic today. Would you consider yourself a spiritual or religious person? The societies of the past were always oriented towards a higher power.

Religious, yes. To understand these kinds of matters, you need to look back at the front information and look for undertones such as men at play, the ancient orders, and powers in the older eras. Hence, if you read 1984 and don't know the history of Orwell and who and what he was associated with you cannot grasp the meaning of his words.
