"Peaks" is when I prioritized cardio and I was doing it quite a bit. 30 km bike rides on a snowy road, other oudoor activities that are heavy-ish.

You usually feel like shit all the time - better than someone rotting in his room, but still meh.

And "lows" is just me grinding on strength training. Makes you feel better, and also not wanting to deal with pussies.
