No they cannot know something is a million years old, even if we were to hypothetically assume the earth is a million+ years old, they still would not be able to come to that conclusion because technology is not at that level and never will be just because of the nature of such a thing.I've learnt that scientists and their "theories" are all bullshit, they don't actually know anything. They theorize this and that but it's all speculation and most of it is just not true.</blockquote>
