God will tell you what you need to do, what will nourish you and what you don&#039;t need. I used to worry about so many things in my life, exceedingly so to the point of major disabling anxiety. Overthinking and over-analyzation, powerful tools utilized incorrectly. God showed me that I can point those &#039;problems&#039; I saw with my brain towards something that wholly supports it. He also taught me how to (slowly, I&#039;m still learning) give Him my worries and sorrows. I used to worry that trying that is just a delusion, you&#039;re &#039;pushing your problems down&#039; and consistently throughout my life previously justified NOT confiding in God, saying that doing so is just a mental delusion (despite all my life acknowledging Him, makes no sense right?). Once I finally let go and decided to try it for once, I was immediately shown what I was missing.
