What is a femcel if not the female counterpart of incel? My first theory is attention seeking as they don't have their own forums such as this or .is to my knowledge. A lot of guys that reply to them fall for the bait and start simping. It should be enough to make them realize the reality, but they will continue to identify as femcels. A theory I heard from someone else is that they want to invade male spaces. I don't think this is necessarly true since we don't see them getting into these forums very often from what I've seen. I'd like to see how many chose female trying to sign up for this forum, if [USER=1]@Tabula Rasa[/USER] will tell us.Another theory is they think or want to appear they're rotters, almost always false when they post pics. I don't feel like looking for it since I probably won't be able to find it, but I've seen an ethot although I don't think they identified as a femcel, post a picture of them in their room but it looked like staged filth if that makes sense. No pathway to the bed and desk, things facing the camera that would normally be on it's side like a mcdonalds bag. Possibly an over analysis but a lot of the replies agreed with me as well as the quote retweet that brought it into my feed. That's more on the side of girl failures which is a possible hole in the theory but there's a lot of overlap. I believe girl failures are a false concept in my opinion only found in anime, I might elaborate on this in a later thread but that a big might. I have few more theories, one is this is somehow how they persieve themselves, unloveable. Low self esteem in other words. No matter how many men want to date them, a femcel will always have this perception about herself no matter how many men try to date her, they'll just ignore them and continue to self loathe. I'm aware of a part of twitter called shtwt, or self harm twitter. It's prodomitly female, I believe this supports the theory of self loathing, although most on that part of twitter don't identify as femcels I believe there's overlap similar to girl failures. I'm not very familar with shtwt so I may be wrong with this assessment.The next theory is self sabatoge, as many have been in relationships. Many just can't make a relationship last, even if they go after incels which I have seen some do. They'll hop from relationship to relationship, often edating. The incel is happy that he finally got a girlfriend even if it's online, they'll put him through countless nonsenical shit tests, he gets sick of it and leaves them, they find a new incel, repeat. Rather than learn from why the last relationship failed, they will continue doing the same thing over and over.The final theory is the simplist, and likely as common as attention seeking if not more so, they have high standards, higher than most women. The men who would meet said standards would be unwilling to date them because they have better options. I remember hearing of a femcel subreddit a while back which discussed things like "high value males". This theory could be summed up in one word, delusional.Overall, I believe women are prone to attention seeking behaviors. Self harm being common among women is likely the most common example. Women will always do things to get attention, and men will always be there to give it to them. The best thing we can do is not give it to them. Does anyone here have any theories on femcels that I'm misssing?</blockquote>
