The mind? The mind is complete garbage, crap. Stupid!!!! It projects all its stupid garbage in a stupid attempt to find stability in a changing world. Whether it's achievements, people, possessions, stupid mechanisms of crap. Stupid mind. Garbage, defective, stupid ego garbage. Shitty projections, I don't know when they end, they're endless. Those who fight with the mind will never win.

Does pain arise? Congratulations! Now you're stuck in narratives of pain and stupid suffering. Does pleasure arise? Congratulations! Now you're stuck in stupid narratives of optimism, aka, “Love life!”, “God is good,” blah blah blah.

Sounds like you're in the middle of a total ego collapse my friend. The mind IS a messy projector of garbage. We are imperfect creatures with imperfect senses trying to navigate a broken and nasty world, yet we are constantly branded by a society that demands we be perfect or fit into place. The optimism is a lie for the normies, but so is the trap of staying in the infinite tragedy. If the mind is garbage, stop listening to its narratives entirely, both the happy ones and the cynical ones. Just stand upright among the ruins and deal with the physical reality in front of you.
