The question now is this going to get worse? So far, the VP has publicly denounced the attack and won't be cooperating, despite apparently cooperating behind the scenes with the US State Department. Who is she hoodwinking? Her constituents or the US?



According to Zeihan, Venezuela is on the precipice of entering a famine if they don't cooperate, which would mean even more people flee the country and it possibly devolves into civil war requiring a bigger US presence on the ground to stabilize.
