That you are wasting away your prime years as a cog in the machine, your only purpose being an economic unit to be squeezed labor out of. At least normies have the reprieve of being socially well-adjusted as to alleviate some of the existential angst that comes with being subject to such a condition, @frightfulcel put it very well in this thread.

It also extends back to school years as well, many childhoods and individuals' latent potential have been robbed because of compulsory schooling, which is more or less compensated with a vibrant adolescent social life, making it all the more so the worse if you were a social outcast during those years.

Its conditioning from birth. All the school work you do(follows the same 8 hour schedule with one 30 minute break between) and homework you’re expected to do outside of school is brainwashing to make you into the perfect corporate drone.
It’s sadistic to be expected to give up the best years of your life to exist. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for 40+ years. They want you to have a work ethic that associates work with your self worth. Amusingly your worth is nothing more than being a man who has whored himself out to fill another man’s pockets. You’re perceived as lazy if you don’t want to commit to work and contribute something “meaningful”.

Should be no surprise to our ones in charge that now young men are opting out the system and choosing to live off welfare and pursue their hobbies. Men were willing to do 40+ hours a week back then as at least with the social contrat of old in place if they worked hard (and weren't killed in a major war that happened every 40-80 years) they would almost be guaranteed to own a house, have a wife, and kids. Now you work for 40+ a week just to barely survive and pay rent; no savings, no gf in sight, simply put the juice isn't worth the squeeze anymore.

Horrifying is the right word, I was always scared to apply to jobs because the whole concept of it made me very uneasy, having to present yourself in a skewed way just to please the employer, spending hours at a place that doesn’t interest you in the slightest, being forced to talk to people that you have nothing in common with, it all felt very sinister to me.

And why would these unlucky men want to contribute to society? Yeah, work 40+ hours and maintain the system so luckier people can reap the benefits.

Mark my words, in the next fifty years if nothing happens complex systems that are normal today are going to disappear and people are gonna ask, "why?". Genuinely foresee a technological dark age and drop in quality of life because men and their needs have been thrown to the side.
