Idk, I've always found slasher movies to be cheesy and not really scary at all.

I never liked the scare factor of slasher movies either. Take Scream for example, knowing it’s just some teenagers killing people doesn’t make it scary.

This doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy slasher movies though I still quite like them.

Why so? I mean the only reason I can think of as to why someone would enjoy a slasher movie is that it's so bad it's good.

I mainly watch ones that revolve around a group of teenagers. Maybe it’s because I wish I had some sort of mysterious experience whilst I was a teen.

Yeah but I don't get *why* people enjoy slasher movies, most of them are objectively mediocre.
