Discussion Why are foster parents so brutal to foster kids?

Some of them even wind up m##ring them or severely abusing them.

My dad got abused by foster parents and they would beat him and burn him with hot water.

They also gave him a scar on his chin, my dad doesn’t believe in abuse because of this

And there’s this one case on YouTube where they nearly burn him to death and forced his sister to scratch him.

i hear that the proper way to raise blacks is to be brutal.
