the most egregious and absurd proposition that i've ever heard is that you shouldn't kill yourself because if you kill yourself you go to a plane of eternal bliss called "heaven"

this isn't so common as it used to be. The median normie in a city thinks that you "only have one life". Like you zap out of existence when you die.

Whether that's true or not idc.

Why are they anti suicide for people who live a generally trash life that's gonna get worse with age then?

If some random low value male told me they wanna rope I'd do some script where I tell them that life gets better, get professional help, think about your family, etc.
