The blue pill (mixed with the red pill to a degree but some may say its the same pill) basically fail us. We try to follow the life script and we just get bullied or discriminated against (whatever the reason) and it leads many of us to the blackpill which explains why we suffered and how its not our fault or what not.
However the white pill is similar to the blue pill in the sense that people present something to you that dictates how you should live your life or see things. In my opinion sometimes issues require neuroticism or cynacism and you can't brush them aside with the white pill or positive emotions, and other times a whitepill approach may be better. But I think adopting the white pill is the same as adopting any other pill, it may not fit to your circumstances.
My biggest mistake has been trusting external advice and people over my own experience and intuition. I think MGTOW with their self actualization had it right (if you can ignore the cope) in the sense that nobody else can really give you purpose or advice for your situation / values.
My suggestion for everyone would be to not listen to any gurus, or blackpillers, or whitepillers or society and rather just to your own judgement on things. Outsourcing advice can be dangerous. Do your own research and trust your intuition. Think things thorugh. In my case it pays do be cynical but I can't give that advice universally to others.
