Youtubes is needed on the internet because its the main way to share videos and its been like that basically since social media started. So most likely no it will not die out, but if it dies out it would have to be because of a virtual reality video player rising in popularity as we slowly become more like the humans in Wall-E

I think either In 10-15 years it will spilt apart into multiple factions or the more plossable event is yt reaching critical mass and crashing with all its videos being deleted in one swoop. The crash will be intentional by the powers that be. I think in the future they will try to delete the internet and bring about a new heavily more guarded one. They will use groups like 764 and the darkweb as a scapegoats to have complete control. No more freedom on the internet.
