I stumbled upon this video and couldn't help but feel bad for them. I get wanting to improve yourself and are but you should be realistic about it. People are always on the extreme end of the spectrum. People either think everything or nothing is possible at all. This is the contrast between blue/redpillers and blackpillers. Redpillers tell you everything is possible and if you don't get it you're 'not trying hard enough'. Blackpillers on the other hand say 'it's over' when you're not the perfect human being. Knowing this you should get the whitepill mentality. You should always strive to be better, but still be realistic about it and not have the highest expectations or else you end up disappointing and unnecessarily punishing yourself. Looking back at the video you should know that growing past 19 is cope, unless your spine is way to compressed or if you have shitty posture. You should instead focus on improving other qualities in your life and not worry about height or others opinions. As long as you're above 5'6 as a guy I wouldn't call height to much of an issue. Focus instead on other things like face, money and status/career. I hope you guys learned something today or atleast like this post. If you have any comments, suggestions or anything please make them!
