Older men tend to express the same frustrations differently
The core feelings don’t magically disappear, but the language and identity changes.
A 19-year-old might say:
“I’m an incel, it’s over”
A 45-year-old with similar struggles is more likely to frame it as:
divorce issues
loneliness
“dating is hard at my age”
So they don’t cluster under that same label.
