what can be improved to a greater extent than total lifespan, which is mostly an unknown, is quality of life. muh 120 doesn't mean much if your shins and your back stop working at 40 and your brain goes into goo at age 16.

"anti aging" such as (not retard stuff like 500 lb squats) exercise or skincare can be seen as this. Preventing skeletal-muscular degeneration and looking like a deformed old krone that gets pity stares while hobbling across a plaza.
