Psychology (worst is woman stuff, then evolutionary psychology)
Philosophy (just following a singular one and living by it is OK)
Neuroscience
Genetics
"Learning" foreign languages (meaning never becoming fluent)
History (of cringe. History of Racism. History of Gay. History of Hentai etc. War is cool)
Analyzing Media
The type of politics smug people talk about. "real matters of policy"
"Buisness" "Making Money" - unless its a specific skill
Finance and Investing (exception, real estate)

STEM - you have to be very good at a specific skill like making robots for it to be more impressive than every other 3rd world kid online

What is intelligence to you?
the ability to apply knowledge to the attainment of a definite goal. What the items on this list don't have. Why psuedo-intellectuals flock to these subjects, because your progress is impossible to evaluate.

In contradistinction to tasks such as plumbing, drawing, research and negotiating. In such a field, which involves a task that can be technically evaluated, there is still a subjective element. It's still possible to hide a lack of skill. It just happens to be much more difficult. People who learn plumbing want to work with pipes. I doubt one in a thousand "philosophers" have written a successful paper. Much less that have any value. What kind of hat you wear is more important for giving off a good impression than your knowledge in these listed subjects. Unlike internet "psychologists", if someone can draw no one gives a fuck they wear a MAGA cap lmao

I think the general principle is no "subject" on a surface level makes you smart
Intelligence that way = extreme achievement in a field or fields

I'd say it's mostly just how quickly you pick up things from a variety of fields though. Learning faster than others and whatnot

There is no harm in expanding your knowledge to any of these fields. Psychology is the only one i think is a waste of time though.

Psychology is amazing framework to analyse society and the self, requires lots and lots and introversion and clues in people like a investigator.
Foreign Languages more in grammar and thinking ability, japanese, german, russian, not just knowing English and going for French or Spanish.
History is another huge one for iq, you can literally predict the future trough the past, so much potential to creative writing and historical texts.
Business, try mixing advanced game theory with programming, still business and its fucking wild
STEM same thing.

The takeway is midwit effort vs high performer, think of Kira manipulator level vs L intellect, midwit is for influence and L being for actually increasing iq.
Very insightful post
