The only anime I've watched recently is ReZero Season 3 and they blueballed everyone by postponing the good parts until February.
I used to watch a lot more anime when I was a teenager, could go through dozens of series per year. I don't really keep up with new stuff apart from sequels now.
Any recommendations of some good anime? :teddyhug: I heard Dandandan is good, apparently.

Shuumatsu Train Doko e Iku?
Jellyfish(Yoru no kurage wa Oyogenai)
noko-tan
onimai(tranime but it was still good)
Blue Archive anime
Spice and Wolf is getting a season 2 so it'd be worth watching the 2024 remake
Monogatari off season if you're willing to watch everything that came before it's really good
Dandandan is overhyped normie shit but I’ll leave some anime that I enjoyed in this thread
I thought it was alright, most of the fun was watching tourists on twitter have a meltdown over the most common anime tropes.

I remember watching the original Spice and Wolf! A very charming show, and Holo is quite an interesting character. I remember it had something to do with Economics. Ah well, I'll look into the remake, thanks!

From what I've heard it's like 4chan if it was an anime. Schizo rambling chud meets hot girl + conspiracy theories and crazy stuff.
I'd love to hear your recommendations, it seems like every other anime releasing now is an isekai, yet now it has gotten to such a point that they are animating C-tier slop manga because all of the good ones have been adapted.

I remember seeing not long after it aired and it was pretty damn good
Genuinely really clever and well-planned out show show that even non-anime watchers can enjoy. I do crave more like it as its hard to find creative psychological thrillers similar to it as frankly most modern anine studios don't like experimenting and instead make stuff with names alongside the lines of "That Crazy Time I Creampied My Sister AKA How I Realised I Loved Motorcycling" for an easy profit.

it's either something retarded or one of those "what the fuck is happening" type shows that people like to call smart but are nothing more than an animated acid trip. the Original Evaongelion's ending, the entirety of Serial Experiments Lain. The one that caught me most off guard was the ending off Clannad After Story.
