I get sex drive even though mine is probably lower than average

I just don’t understand the desire for a relationship. People seem to want one beyond just sex. Why? Is it out of desire for validation? Fear of being alone in old age?

Just seems boring, idk. What can you really do? Talk?

I think it's mostly just biological programming causing people to seek each other out, the main reason sexual relationships happen is to produce kids.

People also have this feeling of loneliness that comes about when they don't have any kind of proper "social connections" so they want to escape that as well.

Solitude was always enjoyable for me and I've never cared about having a partner either.

For me, its the concept of social defeat as you said before, coming from chilhood traumas and failed attempts of normal dating mixed with horrible enviroments, leading to a waste of potential in general, fixing for me is combat sports, rock shows, writing, coding, making music and roids.
