Good luck, I have been trying l theanine and magnesium but nothing really works. I think I should stop using screens but then I get bored.

I did it for cosmetic reasons (there were Fordyce spots (oil glands) on the foreskin). So they looked like an STD.

I didn't circumcised when I was younger because most of my family don't do it in our culture.
