Why are so many threads unavailable?

Anyone using thread randomizer function may have noticed that many threads are unavailable, but it was unclear what kind of threads were "hidden"...

Out of the blue I performed a search query "Skyrim" (because I play Skyrim, duh) and discovered that this is what's deleted:

1. Are you guys gonna play Oblivion remastered?, from /hai/ - Hobbies, Activities & Interests
2. I hate video games now, from /amv/ - Anime, Music & Videogames

Surely this can't be that controversial and warrant deletion... What's going on here?
