This is true. Although the chances of finding a woman are very scarce as an average non-neurotypical male, they decrease even further if you are holding on to self-hate in your heart. It is very important to realize your own value and love, it will give rise to better relationships in case they happen. If they don't, you have gained self-love and self-respect, and that's something very valuable anyways.

How can you love yourself ? I feel like thats just what people say because it sounds good or their mother or female relative said it.

You can't will it into existence. You can't reason your way into it. It requires a great degree of intellectual introspection into yourself and a great degree of emotional connection with the most intimate parts of yourself. It should happen naturally, it is like some sort of shift of mentality, like some sort of point where the mind realizes that hurting yourself is no longer worth it.

Yeah, I think that to a degree it will be imposible for most. Circumstances simply do not help.
