Originally Hobbit raised his warn to 50% i added 10% taking him to temp ban. I let him out early because i was bored.

I put him back in temp ban for his behavior in dms wanting me to perma ban that dude that was harassing him. Lostcel attacking me for not doing it. He kept attacking me so I changed to perma ban
