Might sound like garbage but one of the things that worked for me was releasing fascia starting from my feet then all the way to my face (i.e upper foot, middle, lower then calves then hamstrings then quads then psoas then lower back then abs then upper back then necks then hyoid muscles then the neck then suture traction therapy also known as STT which is basically gently pulling the different sutures on the skull and face apart to loosen them so releasing facial fascia is more effective)
