I socialized with some normies (who were older than me) and it only lead to bad outcomes. I am now happy being alone given I'm not really missing anything. I was sort of naive to engage with normies.

I should have figured this out when I was around 12-13, but for some reason I never fully grasped it. Maybe lack of proper social interaction or reflection made worse by me having autism.
