I've stopped working out my legs till they start looking disproportionate to my upper body as they're already pretty thick.
My calves are thick enough there not truecel tier or anything at all. If i can keep my calf thickness while shrinking my thighs that would be great however im gonna cut soon so hopefully that helps

Thankfully my legs are pretty proportionate to my upper body naturally but I had very narrow and thin wrists as well as short sausage fingers when I first started exercising, took me 1-2 years of consistent forearm training with extreme intensity to lengthen and thicken them.

Lengthen? Wait how old then vs now? And results?

Thankfully my legs are pretty proportionate to my upper body naturally but I had very narrow and thin wrists as well as short sausage fingers when I first started exercising, took me 1-2 years of consistent forearm training with extreme intensity to lengthen and thicken them.
Im currently at gym rn gonna do forearms cause i only train them 2x a week so should fo more, confused bolivian on org said to train them 4-7x a week

I work my forearms with very dense heavy weights with ridiculous intensity to the point I can't feel or grip anything for like a day so I have to stick to 2x a week. I mean if your program is higher volume and lower intensity then yeah, go for it. Remember to experiment to see what works for you, I highly recommend watching renaissance periodization on youtube as he gives golden advice. Happy pumpin' iron!

I started working out at 13 and was horrible but then discovered mike mentzer, dorian yates and the concept of high intensity training and while it did work significantly better than high volume low intensity training, it was still too much for me. I started taking measurements soon after I turned 15.

Wrist girth: 5 inches at 15 (5'10 with ectomorph-ish bones)
Fingers:
  • Index finger: ~ 3.1 inches
  • Middle finger: ~3.4
  • Ring finger: ~ 3.3 inches
  • Pinky finger: ~2.2 inches
  • Thumb: ~2.3 inches

    Wrist girth now (190cm, 20 years old): 7.5 inches
    Fingers:
    • Index finger: ~ 3.8 inches
    • Middle finger: ~ 4.2 inches
    • Ring finger: ~ 4.0 inches
    • Pinky finger: ~ 3.3 inches
    • Thumb: ~ 3.5 inches
  • Hand Length:
    • From the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger: ~ 9.1 inches (Didn't measure base of palm to tip when I first started measuring)

Holy shit it’s not over for armcels like me then and 9.1 inch hands at 6’3 too is crazy. Im only 18 and I haven’t measured my hands in awhile last time i did they were 8.2 much much earlier this year. But this is lifefuel if there’s still ways i can grow my hands and im a wristcel also

Keep in mind that I consumed lots of raw dairy, organ meat (cooked because I don't like the raw taste), carbs and some vegetables here and there as well as working out consistently with very high intensity, heavy dense weights and lots of *rest*. I was born prematurely so my hands and wrists probably could have grown faster if it weren't for that, I'm also thinking of a way to get slightly girthier/thicker wrists so they look more proportionate to my large hands.

How do you plan on getting thicker wrists?

I don't know, I've been trying to do some research and sort of innovate but all I could some up with is holding dumbbells at my fingertips while my hands are supinated, basically a stationary finger curl.
That could work or yk blast hgh for some time

I am NOT blasting HGH for slightly girthier wrists, I'll just try the finger curl thing but if it doesn't work then who cares?
2-3IUs is harmless apparently you won’t get acromegaly on that dose if that’s what you’re worried about

Appreciate the sentiment bhai but I don't think it's worth spending money on HGH for a tad bit more girth.
I agree tbh it’s just a way if you want,
I mean there’s surgery for more girth in your ween, but using a pump will also grant an inch
