I was basically spoiled growing up by my mother

Very little discipline or consequences. I legit got everything I wanted

I never understood how these redpill dudes preach about how life is supposed to be hard as a man. Masculinity is about wageslaving till you go bald etc

I basically lived like a 5yo boy with extreme comfort having every need met

The only Masculinity I experienced was killing spiders or opening jars lol

Masculinity is basically a boy with more upper body strength and some semblance of responsibility aka an anime character

It's a kind of masochistic self-fellating rhetoric. The human experience is burdening but these guys revel in a self-induced suffering rooted in egoism. I guess anime characters are a model for how to approach life; they embody the archetype of an individualistic freewheeling spirit, yet all the while remaining noble and courageous.

A lot of irrational behavior, beliefs, and language boils down to a person trying to convince themselves they are something special so they don't have to question things.
