If you read my previous post and a recent post made after yours. You will see that people did provide a lot of other races with opportunists. There was one program in Kansas city that spend huge amount of budget on individual black kids and still yielded no result. With millions of dollars each year spend on Blacks and Latinos while white receive in negative the amount of dollar they contribute. Yet, they are still violent.
