I’m guessing it’s the effects of the hormones I take, estrogen shots suppressed my testosterone to very low levels, which means I no longer have big muscles to feed nutrients into. It feels so involuntary losing weight this way, because I was always used to eating at least 2500 kcals and now it’s like down to half, 1250 kcals and I feel like I’m already full. I also can barely lift heavy objects like I used to
