Recommendation Japanese author/novels to read

I’ve only read three of Haruki Murakami’s novels. Mishima’s novels have been on my plan-to-read list for a while, but I haven’t read anything in a long time lol.
I should try reading books for at least half an hour. Feel free to recommend

pretty much only read kazuo ishiguro but i can vouch that almost any of his books will be good.
