To have contentment for what you have and what you can do means you cease suffering for what you cannot have and cannot do.
This does not mean you have to conform to external standards and norms, and accept narratives not suitable for you.
This does not mean you should believe you dont deserve anything for your efforts, past or present, or that your work is worthless because is not conformed to external standards and norms.

To think otherwise, in my view, is the essence of the bluepill.
Just because you are content with what you have or do does not mean you should measure yourself by external standards of conformity.
If a incel accepts his condition and no longer care for the opposite sex, this does not mean he should accept usedgoods(tm) in order to form a family(tm) because /pol/ cucks required him to do so. The collective can genocide itself for all he cares, he wants to enjoy his waifus and/or sexbots. Jews? He does not know what that is, are they like the smurfs?

This is non-conformity, while having contentment. This is the essence of the whitepill. However, there are people who wants to be like Cypher, they want to go back to the illusion of a 1950s tradcuck family, and they hope something will happen somewhere in the future, they hope the trend will reverse somehow and civilization will restore itself, they hope humanity with all its evil, psychopathy and hypergamy is worth fighting for. They have absorbed the two weeks meme and can't get rid of it, so they want to take the bluepill and go back to the innocence(tm) of their youth. And they believe this is being whitepilled. And if you dont agree with them, they say you are a doomer, a blackpilled full of resentment, and end up resenting your words, because you dont believe in the modern myths, and dont conform with them.

Yes, this should be an outlook on life that people should take to minimize unnecessary suffering.

Both sides of the political aisle are terrible and promote agendas which aren’t in a person’s best interest.

You can recognize the flaws of human existence without resorting to total misanthropy. It’s self-hating and life-hating in a way, and it’s not as if you are specially immune to those follies unlike everyone else.

I think pills are a dumb internet meme and are really simplistic frameworks for someone to holistically base their life around.

This is one of the many contradictions among incels. The idea that you aren't actually incel if you haven't been rejected by a usedgoods(tm) landwhale or goblina. So even if it is impossible for a incel to marry (which in fact is), he will be entertaining the idea of lowering his standards, being an easy target to the suggestion of marriage, and eventually turning into a bluepilled cuck.
This can be solved by taking the whitepill, but the incel cant take it while conforming to what the gynocracy says or wants from him, otherwise it is just another Cypher episode. This is where misanthropy fits in, once the incel notice it is not just the women, but also the men, that are causing him trouble, it is much easier to accept his condition. In fact, men is the main problem, not women, because the simps are the ones enforcing the gynocracy. Non-conformity to gynocracy eventually leads to (social) misanthropy, because everybody is conforming to it, including the other incels who are into looksmaxxing (the ones who call themselves "blackpilled"), because looksmaxxing for men is gynocracy in steroids. This does not mean the incel should hate himself, quite the opposite, he should value himself in contrast to the others, since the others are conformed, while he is not.
