neither of those helped me. only patches helped. i also tried vape also did not help
Nothing really helped but just saying no tbh, I liked the mints but I had them like candy and would even vape with them. I never tried the patches but I hear they are good and you might get a prescription for the if I recall. But yeah it's more just moving the goal post for me.
