Hi everyone, hope you've been having a good holiday season so far


This month, the Christmas Advent Calendar will be returning to Elysian Fields, with newly updated questions and trivia. Here's how it works.



Advent Calendar

The Advent Calendar is a fun and interactive way to count-down to the start of Christmas here on the forum. Each day from the 1st of December until the 24th, members can open a numbered door to the corresponding date and be greeted with a fun piece of Christmas trivia or question. The calendar is based on UTC/GMT time.

I hope you'll all learn a thing or two that you didn't previously know about, and perhaps might be worth making a thread or posting about.


Event Badges

This event rewards consistent and consecutive daily logins. The following badges can be earned:


Ho ho ho! - Participated in the Elysian Fields Christmas event. (User needs to have opened a minimum of 1 door)

Christmas Tree - Opened 5 doors on the Christmas Advent Calendar.

Rudolph - Opened 12 doors on the Christmas Advent Calendar.

Santa Claus - Completed the Christmas Advent Calendar.

Christmas Theme

The Elysian Fields theme has been updated with a Christmas background and colouring, and a snow effect has been applied to the forum.

Kinder Surprise is one of my favourites. Apparently the chocolate eggs are banned in America because of the fact that they're choking hazards, what with the toys and all.
I'm going to start an Elysian Fields Chocolate Factory and become the Willy Wonka of this forum. That way everyone gets a chocolate, depending on how many calendar doors they open.

new gamepad, mine broke, the analog stick went loose and started clicking every full rotation, also my nails destroyed the caps a long time ago because I wasn't experienced enough with using controllers, and it's also better next time not to get a wireless one, with a d-pad that's above the analog stick for some reason, with some iffy 8-way d-pad rather than being a normal 4-way
