I will be 20 tonight, in 40 minutes exactly. I will no longer be a teenager, my childhood will officially be a chapter of my life crystallized into the past. A fragment of my being rather than my constant reality.

Although concepts such as "teen love" will be out of reach for me, this is undeniably a step in the right direction for my life, what I need is to become a feral young man who can get things done instead of living in this false cloud of childlike naivete.

I wouldn't fret over it so much. Once you hit 30 you will realise how not getting woman is a positive aspect of your life, specially in the modern world. I'm not saying that we stop feeling alone after 30, but at least now I'm capable of rationalise my loneliness and feel less miserable.
