Serious Antidepressants: Your Experience

seriously considering going to therapy. Now I've read here before thats its scam/shit/bluepill whatever but what abount those antidepressants. Do they work in terms of making you "happier" or whatever and you can focus on other stuff again. I cannot focus anymore its just a mess.

I've only been on Sertraline (Zoloft) and it hasn't really done much tbh, not denying they can help some people but in *my* experience, they do little to nothing.

take lisuride, rasagiline and iodine. Increase coffee and sugar intake drop SSRIs
