Is it better to date 30 year olds with no child if you're manlet high trust who can't get any women in your age? I get treated way better by older females and i think i can date them if i try

No kids is key. Preferably not been married. But I don't see why not.

[Older person's age]/2 + 7 should be at least the same as the younger person's age. It's a stupid old internet rule. Screw social conventions if you've got a chance at some happiness.
