You literally just confirmed that a INTJ is NI-TE, because of course a NI user has acess to TI, but thats not the point because the goal and results are still external based, so he uses TE. Besides, look, NI-TI actually NI-TI-TE-NE, and then FI-SE-FE. Nothing changes.
