Not really, it's like everything else, you start from simple and you apply your learning to tackle more difficult tasks

Coding is mostly technically annoying, not hard. Once you strip away bad tooling and shit teachers the task is: "Given rules, produce outcome". Properly structured programs are fully deterministic -> Therefore, coding reduces to the mechanical application of rules: “Given input `x` and rules `y`, produce output `z`.” Deterministic tasks are learnable -> with sufficient effort, anyone can learn the system and reliably produce correct results. -> Coding is avoided more for motivational and frictional reasons than because it is inherently hard. Artificial difficulties come from unclear instructions and messy code. Its very simple.

Exercise and cooking are easy, many do not do them. It is more of a discomfort than ability issue.
