Philosophy Concerning objective truth and whether it is worth attaining?

I wish to be brief, Truth as I have come to comprehend it, that being truth is that which does not change; if it was self-evident as you may ask, why then is it not made clear in wider society? It is my belief that those with power have every intention of keeping it, first by resource centralization and next information, now to be concise I think it is definable and it is possible to communicate to others and as a result is worth its discovery and propagation. I leave it to your thinking, what is truth? Is it discoverable or definable? And is it worth pursuing?

Im not giga expert but thru my exp I formulated an understanding more intuitive than logic.

I think truth is outside my body, its not what I feel. But my feels are a form of truth, in the sense you can create an articulate arrangement of words to pretend as if what you think is always evidence and is always truth.

There is also reality out there.In other words my thoughts are true but they dont have to describe reality 100% accurate. So reality can exist beyond my emotions and my understanding. By further boosting my mental qualities, I can attune better to whats real.

Is it worth pursuing? I dont know its very personal. I never focused on emotionally convincing argument to convince others.

In my opinion a coherent story can be constructed around almost anything. Try to live in falsehood, see if you can write a comic or a script for porn. I think you will realize it clearly that you need to have some truth at least, even 1% often is enough. Or try to do science or have a hobby or do a project or do some human socialization. Without truths does it go well?
